Operation Manager (Full-Time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Effectively communicate to and develop rapport with customers and artists

2. Need to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction,  

3. Develop relationship with Clients and Artists,

4. Organizing solo exhibition and private event in Hong Kong and overseas,

5. Contact the press for interview and write a press release,

6, Manage to contact with local and overseas press and curator,            

7. Participate Gallery exhibitions, Art Fairs, Auction houses etc

8. Coordinate work with the team and develop a coordinated approach to the problem.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor degree in art with a minimum of 4-5 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education.


Language Ability:

Must be able to read, analyze and interpret general business and artwork periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures in English and Chinese. Possess the ability to write reports, business correspondence, as well as present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and general public. Must be comfortable with public speaking and have a demonstrated ability to teach both individuals and group.


Computer Skills:

Mac, Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point, Photo shop, Access, Illustrator.         


Working Environment:  Excellent.

Gallery Intern (Full Time / Part Time)

Duties and Responsibilities:


  •  Provide administrative support and assist in daily operation
  •  Assist in organizing exhibitions and events
  •  Update gallery website
  •  Communicate with clients and provide assistance as necessary
  •  Maintain data base and develop catalogue




  •  Be highly-organized and detail-oriented
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  •  Able to work independently and cooperatively with others
  •  Strong initiative skills
  •  Mature, outgoing and responsible
  •  Interest in building a career in the contemporary art scene
  •  Must be Hong Kong permanent resident or have valid Hong Kong working visa



Recognized university bachelor degree in arts, art management / marketing or
related discipline.
